Last updated: 01 December 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the fusionreactors.com.au website (“Site”) and your purchase of products and services from Fusion Reactors (“Fusion Reactors”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy, Shipping Policies, Promotions & Rewards Terms, and any other policies referenced here.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site or place orders with Fusion Reactors.

1. About Fusion Reactors

2. Eligibility & Customer Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders or create an account on our Site. Our products are not intended for children.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your details up to date.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products, Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

3.1 Fusion Reactors’ products are made-to-order or produced in small runs. This includes USB light kits, dummy battery converters, 1/6 lightsabers, custom display lighting, and other accessories.
3.2 Estimated production timeframes are provided on the Site or product pages. As a general guide:
   • USB light kits / battery replacement: typically 4–8 weeks.
   • 1/6 lightsabers and complex custom pieces: typically 4–12 weeks.
These estimates may vary depending on order volume, availability of components, and project complexity.
3.3 Because items are made-to-order, once the creation or production process has begun within the stated production window, orders cannot usually be cancelled or refunded, except as required by Australian consumer law or our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.
3.4 Product descriptions, images, and mock-ups on the Site are illustrative. Minor variations in colour, brightness, component design, or finish may occur due to technical and material limits and are not considered defects.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment

4.1 All prices on fusionreactors.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time before an order is accepted.
4.3 Payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other providers.
4.4 For international customers, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
4.5 An order is not accepted by Fusion Reactors until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

5. Power Requirements, Usage & Safety

5.1 Most Fusion Reactors products use USB-A power and require a 5V 2A USB power adaptor (not included). Some display lighting (for example, Detolf and custom cabinet lighting) uses 12V 2A DC power adaptors (not included). Specific requirements are listed on each product page.
5.2 You are responsible for using a suitable power adaptor and following all safety instructions provided with your products, including Care Tips and Troubleshooting Guides.
5.3 Products are intended for supervised display use. We recommend limiting continuous operation to short periods (for example, 1–2 hours at a time) and not leaving lights on unattended for extended periods.
5.4 Fusion Reactors is not responsible for damage to figures, displays, or environments caused by misuse, incorrect power supplies, modification, or ignoring safety guidance.

6. Gift Cards, Coupons & Loyalty Program

6.1 Fusion Reactors may offer digital Gift Cards, coupon codes, and a loyalty program (“Fusion Points”). Use of these offers is subject to our separate Gift Card Terms & Conditions, Coupon & Promotion Terms, and Loyalty Program Terms.
6.2 Gift Cards, coupons, and loyalty points are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable (except where permitted), and may be subject to expiry, minimum spend, and other conditions.
6.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions, coupons, or the loyalty program at any time, subject to applicable laws.

7. Custom Work / Commissions & Personalisation

7.1 Custom Work and Commissioned Projects (“Custom Work”) are made-to-order items designed according to the details you provide, such as figure models, HT MMS codes, battery specifications, and display requirements.
7.2 You must provide accurate and complete information in the personalisation fields. Inaccurate or incomplete information may limit our ability to deliver the desired result and may affect eligibility for refunds or adjustments.
7.3 Production timeframes for Custom Work will be advised at the time of order or via follow-up communication and may differ from standard products.
7.4 Due to their personalised nature, Custom Work may be non-refundable or only partially refundable, unless there is a defect covered by our Warranty or Australian consumer law. See our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy for details.
7.5 While we will make reasonable efforts to match requested styles and specifications, we cannot guarantee exact replication of reference images, colours, or third-party designs. Minor variations are normal.
7.6 You are responsible for ensuring that any reference materials, logos, or designs you supply do not infringe the rights of third parties (for example, copyright or trademark).
7.7 We may decline Custom Work that is not feasible, unsafe, likely to damage your figures or displays, or otherwise inappropriate. If no work has commenced, payments received for that project will be refunded.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

8.1 Orders are shipped using Australia Post and, where applicable, their international partners. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
8.2 Estimated shipping times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal network issues, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
8.3 Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the delivery address provided or collected from the carrier, as applicable.
8.4 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection, refusal, or other customer-related reasons, it will be handled under our Returned and Undeliverable Packages policy.
8.5 For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our prices and are your responsibility. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned or abandoned, with limited or no refund available, as described in our International Shipping and Customs Policy.
8.6 Shipping may be restricted or unavailable to certain countries due to Australia Post service limitations or legal restrictions. Please refer to our Country Restrictions & Service Disruptions policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

   • Timeframes and processes for reporting issues or damage on arrival;
   • Warranty periods for different product types (for example, USB light kit electronics and Detolf/custom lighting);
   • What is and is not covered (for example, normal paint wear, misuse, or leaving lights on for extended periods).

9.2 You should read the Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy in full before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to follow the procedures described there, including providing photos or videos where requested so we can troubleshoot.
9.3 Nothing in our policies is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet consumer guarantees
