Fusion Reactors - Promotions & Rewards: Loyalty Program (“Fusion Points”)

The following terms and conditions apply to the Fusion Reactors loyalty program, currently known as “Fusion Points”. By creating an account, earning points, or redeeming points, you agree to these terms, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.

Loyalty Program (“Fusion Points”) Terms & Conditions

1. The Fusion Points loyalty program (“Program”) allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and activities at fusionreactors.com.au.

2. Points are generally earned at the rate of 2 point per A$1 spent on eligible products, after discounts and before shipping and taxes (if any).

3. Points may also be awarded for specific actions such as creating an account, following Fusion Reactors on social media, leaving a verified review, or providing birthday information, as advertised on the site.

4. Example rewards may include: 250 pts = $5 off, 500 pts = $10 off, 1000 pts = $25 off, 1750 pts = $50 off, 2000 pts = 20% off a single order. Actual reward levels and values may be updated from time to time and will be shown in the Loyalty & Rewards section or widget on the website.

5. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged directly for money. They can only be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases as described in the Program details.

6. Points are personal to your customer account and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or combined across multiple accounts, except at the discretion of Fusion Reactors.

7. Fusion Reactors may set rules for when points are added (for example, after your order has shipped or is no longer subject to cancellation) and when they may expire. Any expiry periods will be communicated on the Loyalty & Rewards page.

8. If an order is cancelled or refunded, Fusion Reactors may adjust or remove any points earned from that order, in whole or in part, to reflect the final value of the completed purchase.

9. Fusion Reactors reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Program, or to cancel points in cases of misuse, fraud, technical error, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable laws.

10. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any updates posted on the website. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
