Fusion Reactors - Country Restrictions & Service Disruptions

Fusion Reactors ships international orders using Australia Post. Our ability to deliver to a country depends on the services that Australia Post currently offers to that destination.

Australia Post regularly updates its list of countries with suspensions, restrictions, or delays due to events such as strikes, conflict, severe weather, or government sanctions. You can view their latest information on the International Service Updates page on the Australia Post website.

1. Countries We Cannot Ship To

If Australia Post has fully suspended postal services to a country or territory, we are not able to ship orders there.

Orders placed to destinations where service is currently suspended may be:
• Cancelled and refunded (product cost only); or
• Placed on hold until services resume, if you agree to wait.

Examples of suspended destinations can include countries affected by significant conflict, sanctions, or severe service disruption. These locations may change over time, so please check the Australia Post website for the most current status.

2. Countries Experiencing Delays or Limited Services

Some destinations remain open but are listed by Australia Post as having delays or limited services (for example, due to strikes, weather events, or local operational issues).

For these countries:
• We can usually still ship your order, but delivery times may be significantly longer than usual.
• Tracking events may be less frequent or temporarily unavailable in some regions.
• Fusion Reactors is not responsible for delays caused by overseas postal operators, customs processes, or disruptions listed by Australia Post.

3. Before Placing an International Order

If you are outside Australia, we recommend:
1. Checking the Australia Post “International service updates” page to see if your country currently has any suspensions or major delays.
2. Making sure you are comfortable with any extra waiting time that may apply.

If we discover after you place an order that your destination is not currently serviceable, we will contact you to discuss options (such as holding the order or cancelling and refunding the product cost).
