International Shipping Policies and Customs Fees
Before You Place an International Order
Please enter the recipient’s full legal name, complete delivery address, email and mobile number including the country code. Customs may require a tax or identification number before your parcel can clear. Requirements vary by destination and can change.
Check that your item is permitted for import and that Australia Post services are available. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
1. Customs Identification: Brazil & Indonesia
BRAZIL — Individuals need the recipient’s CPF (11 digits); businesses need CNPJ (14 digits). Use the recipient’s own valid number. Import restrictions and permits may also apply, so contact us before ordering if unsure.
INDONESIA — Provide a 16-digit NIK or NPWP. For private recipients, accepted alternatives may include a foreign passport number or another identification number such as a driver’s licence. Contact us if you need help supplying the right details.
OTHER DESTINATIONS — Customs or the carrier may request a local tax ID, personal customs code or identity verification. Follow the carrier’s secure instructions; do not send identity-document copies unless requested through an appropriate secure process.
2. Import Duties, Taxes & Clearance Fees
Unless checkout or your shipping quote confirms prepayment, you pay any import duties, VAT/GST, taxes and customs or postal clearance fees assessed in your country. Free shipping does not include these charges. Payment may be required before delivery.
FRANCE AND OTHER DESTINATIONS — Customer-paid by default, including Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and Switzerland, unless prepayment is explicitly confirmed for your order.
PREPAYMENT THROUGH AUSTRALIA POST AND ZONOS — Available for eligible orders to the United States (under US$2,500), Canada, the United Kingdom (under £135), Germany, Sweden and Denmark, subject to service and tax-registration eligibility. Your checkout or quote will confirm whether charges are prepaid or covered by Fusion Reactors. Contact us for orders outside these limits.
These options refer to our Australia Post Zonos Verified Account route. Other tax collection arrangements may apply. Not every parcel attracts import charges; local customs determines the amounts and exemptions. If asked to pay a tax already collected for your order, keep your receipt and contact us.
3. Avoid Delays & Get Help
Missing or incorrect recipient details, required IDs or unpaid import charges can delay clearance or result in a parcel being returned. Contact us promptly if your details need correcting.
