Fusion Reactors - Custom Work / Commissions & Personalisation
The following terms and conditions apply to Custom Work and Commissioned Projects offered by Fusion Reactors. By placing a Custom Work order or providing personalisation details, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.
Custom Work / Commissions & Personalisation Terms & Conditions
1. Custom Work and Commissioned Projects (“Custom Work”) are made-to-order items designed according to the details you provide, such as figure models, battery specifications, display requirements, and any other relevant information.
2. When placing a Custom Work order, you must supply accurate information in the personalisation fields, including figure names, HT MMS codes (if applicable), battery specifications, space constraints, and any other technical details required. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the final result and may limit our ability to offer adjustments or refunds.
3. Production timeframes for Custom Work may differ from standard products and will be advised at the time of order or in subsequent communication. Custom projects may require additional design, testing, or sourcing time.
4. Due to their personalised nature, Custom Work orders may be non-refundable or only partially refundable, unless there is a defect or issue covered under our Warranty or Australian consumer law. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy and Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy for full details on what is covered.
5. Fusion Reactors will make reasonable efforts to match your requested style and specifications but cannot guarantee exact replication of any reference images, colours, lighting effects, or third-party designs. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure that any reference materials, logos, artwork, or designs you provide do not infringe the rights of third parties (for example, copyrights or trademarks). By submitting these materials, you confirm that you either own the rights or have permission to use them.
7. Fusion Reactors reserves the right to decline Custom Work requests that are not feasible, unsafe, likely to damage your figures or displays, or otherwise inappropriate. If we decline a Custom Work request before any work has commenced, we will refund any payments received for that project.
8. By placing a Custom Work order, you confirm that you understand that final results may vary slightly from mock-ups, digital previews, or previous examples due to technical and material limitations, variations in figures, and the handmade nature of our work. These reasonable variations are not considered defects.
