Fusion Reactors - Promotions & Rewards: Coupons & Promotions
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of coupon codes and promotional discounts offered by Fusion Reactors. By applying a Coupon at checkout, you agree to these terms, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy.
Coupon & Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Coupon codes and promotional discounts (“Coupons”) are valid only for orders placed at fusionreactors.com.au during the promotional period specified. Some Coupons may be single-use per customer, while others may be reusable as stated in the promotion.
2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Coupons cannot be applied to sale items or products that are already discounted, including bundles or special offers. Coupons apply only to eligible full-priced items.
3. Only one Coupon can generally be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined, stacked, or used together with other promotional offers, automatic discounts, or loyalty redemptions unless we clearly state that stacking is allowed.
4. Coupons may have a minimum spend requirement, a maximum discount value, and/or be limited to certain product categories, collections, or regions. Any such conditions will be noted in the promotion details.
5. Coupons are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, shared publicly without permission, or misused. Coupons are intended for use by the original recipient only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. If you cancel or return an order placed using a Coupon, the value of the Coupon may not be refunded. Any refund will be processed in line with our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy and will generally reflect the amount you actually paid after the Coupon discount, not the full pre-discount price.
7. Fusion Reactors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Coupon or promotion at any time where necessary, including (but not limited to) cases of misuse, technical error, suspected fraud, or where the promotion is no longer commercially viable. In such cases, we may decline to honour a Coupon that has clearly been obtained or used in breach of these terms.
8. Coupons may have an expiry date. Once expired, they cannot be used or reactivated. Expiry dates will usually be stated in the promotion details or on the communication where the Coupon was provided.
