GIFT
CARDS

1. Fusion Reactors digital gift cards (“Gift Cards”) can be used to purchase eligible products from fusionreactors.com.au only. Gift Cards cannot be used on any other websites or marketplaces unless we explicitly state otherwise.

2. Gift Cards are issued in Australian dollars (AUD) and all transactions will be processed in AUD. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rates and fees, which are outside our control.

3. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, resold, or used to purchase other Gift Cards, except where required by law. Gift Cards are intended for personal use or as a gift for another person.

4. If the purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method at checkout (for example, credit/debit card, PayPal, or other methods we offer from time to time).

5. Any remaining Gift Card balance after a purchase will stay on the card and can be used for future orders until the balance reaches zero or the card expires (if an expiry date applies under local law in your region). You can usually check your remaining balance by logging into your account or contacting us.

6. Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Fusion Reactors is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of Gift Cards, including any use by someone who gains access to your code or account.

7. Where products purchased with a Gift Card are refunded in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy, the refund will generally be returned to a Gift Card or store credit, rather than to a cash or bank payment method. This includes partial refunds, which may result in a combination of Gift Card/store credit and original payment method where applicable.

8. Fusion Reactors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Gift Card program, or to decline a Gift Card purchase or redemption where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised use, or breach of these terms, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Gift Cards are not a guarantee of product availability. Our items are made to order and produced in small runs; if a particular kit or accessory is sold out or discontinued, the Gift Card can still be used on other available Fusion products.

10. Nothing in these Gift Card Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
