Collaboration & Promotional Product Policy

Fusion Reactors welcomes collaborations with collectors, content creators, reviewers and influencers who share our passion for premium collectible displays and custom lighting solutions.

Our collaboration program aims to showcase Fusion Reactors products through authentic content, creative photography, videos and social media exposure while maintaining product safety, responsible use and brand integrity.

Collaboration Guidelines

 

1. Complimentary Product Exchange

Approved collaborators receive complimentary Fusion Reactors products in exchange for promotional content agreed upon before the collaboration.

​

The products are provided as gifts for the approved creator's personal collection and promotional activities. They are not supplied as authorised reseller inventory or commercial distribution stock.

​

Individual collaboration arrangements may be subject to a separate written agreement.

​

2. Promotional Content Requirements

Depending on the creator's content style and mutual agreement, promotional content may include:

• An Instagram photo post and Story featuring the Fusion Reactors product.

• An Instagram Reel showcasing the product, lighting effects or collectible display.

• Other agreed promotional content, including product demonstrations or reviews.

 

Creators must tag or mention Fusion Reactors and provide appropriate disclosure that the product was gifted in exchange for promotional content.

All promotional content should reflect the creator's genuine experience and opinions.

​

3. Additional Social Media Exposure

Creators are welcome to share additional promotional content on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.

​

Additional photos, Stories, Reels, videos and reviews are encouraged without further obligations unless separately agreed.

​

Creators are also welcome to invite Fusion Reactors as a collaborator on additional posts or Reels.

​

4. Repeat Collaborations

Fusion Reactors values ongoing relationships with creators and the collector community.

​

Approved collaborators are welcome to participate in multiple collaborations, subject to mutual agreement, product availability and suitability.

​

Each new collaboration may have its own promotional requirements and product arrangements.

​

5. Promotional Product Ownership, Personal Use & Transfers

Complimentary promotional products are provided to the approved creator for personal use and content creation.

 

Promotional products are not supplied as authorised resale stock.

​

Creators must comply with any transfer restrictions agreed upon in writing before receiving a product.

Where the collaboration agreement requires prior written authorisation, products must not be resold, gifted, loaned or transferred to another person without that authorisation during the agreed restriction period.

​

Receiving a promotional product does not grant the creator or any third party permission to represent themselves as an authorised Fusion Reactors retailer, distributor or service provider.

 

6. Unauthorised Resale & Third-Party Responsibility

If a creator independently resells or transfers a promotional product, the person conducting that transaction is responsible for their own representations, customer communications, sales arrangements and applicable after-sales obligations.

Fusion Reactors does not automatically provide complimentary repairs or replacements for promotional products independently resold or transferred to third parties.

​

An unauthorised transfer may constitute a breach of the original collaboration agreement. However, a transfer alone does not establish the cause of a subsequent product failure.

​

All genuine safety concerns and applicable statutory responsibilities will continue to be addressed.

​​

7. Product Safety, Handling & Malfunctions

Fusion Reactors takes all reports of product malfunction, overheating, smoke, melting or electrical irregularities seriously.

​

A reported product failure does not, by itself, establish that all Fusion Reactors products are defective or unsafe.

 

An incident may involve a manufacturing defect, component failure, incompatible power supply, unauthorised modification, improper use or other contributing factors.

​

The cause of any incident will be assessed based on available evidence and, where appropriate, technical inspection.

​

Until an investigation is completed, Fusion Reactors will describe the incident as a reported malfunction or suspected safety issue without attributing fault to any particular person.

​

We encourage accurate and responsible communication regarding product incidents, distinguishing confirmed facts from unverified conclusions.

​

Fusion Reactors respects genuine safety concerns, honest reviews and lawful public warnings, while reserving the right to challenge demonstrably false or misleading factual statements.

​

Where a potential safety risk is identified, Fusion Reactors will take appropriate corrective action in accordance with applicable product-safety laws.

​

Fusion Reactors products may contain LEDs, wiring, electronic components and delicate custom-made parts.

Collaborators must follow the supplied operating instructions and specified electrical requirements.

​

Products must not be modified, rewired, dismantled or operated using incompatible power supplies without appropriate authorisation.

​

If a product exhibits excessive heat, smoke, melting, burning smells or unusual electrical behaviour:

• Stop using the product immediately.

• Disconnect power when it is safe to do so.

• Do not attempt further operation or unauthorised repair.

• Contact Fusion Reactors promptly with available product information, photographs and details of the incident.

Fusion Reactors takes all reported safety concerns seriously and will investigate them appropriately.

8. Product Faults, Damage & After-Sales Support

Product concerns are reviewed individually, considering the product's age, condition, operating circumstances, power supply, modifications, handling history and available technical evidence.

​

A product failure is not automatically attributed to misuse, unauthorised transfer or a manufacturing defect without adequate investigation.

​

Where a product has been independently resold, the reseller is responsible for their own transaction and after-sales commitments.

​

Fusion Reactors may inspect an affected product and determine appropriate corrective action based on the findings and applicable legal obligations.

​

9. Third-Party Complaints, Social Media & Brand Reputation

Fusion Reactors respects the right of collectors, collaborators, customers and third parties to express genuine opinions, share product experiences and raise legitimate safety concerns.

​

We encourage responsible and accurate communication regarding product performance and reported incidents.

Public statements should distinguish between verified facts, personal experiences and conclusions that have not yet been established through investigation.

​

Knowingly false or misleading factual claims about Fusion Reactors, its products or the circumstances of a product incident may be challenged through appropriate social media platform procedures or lawful remedies.

 

Fusion Reactors may request corrections to demonstrably inaccurate factual statements circulated on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or other public platforms.

​

Where a product concern is reported, Fusion Reactors welcomes the opportunity to investigate the circumstances, communicate the findings and correct any material factual inaccuracies.

​

Nothing in this policy prevents honest reviews, truthful safety warnings, legitimate criticism, lawful complaints or reports to regulatory authorities.

​

Our priority is to maintain customer confidence through product quality, transparent communication, fair investigation and responsible support.

 

10. Promotional Content & Brand Representation

Creators must accurately represent Fusion Reactors products and must not make knowingly false or misleading claims about product features, performance, specifications or safety.

​

Creators must not falsely represent themselves as official Fusion Reactors retailers, distributors or representatives.

​

Creators remain free to provide genuine reviews and honest opinions, including constructive criticism.

Fusion Reactors may request permission to repost or feature promotional photographs and videos on its official website and social media channels. Any broader usage rights may be agreed separately.

​

11. Written Collaboration Agreements

Specific collaboration arrangements may be confirmed through a separate written agreement covering the complimentary product, promotional deliverables, publication deadlines, transfer restrictions, safety instructions and other agreed responsibilities.

​

The signed agreement will govern the individual collaboration, subject to applicable law.

​

Fusion Reactors may decline future collaborations or discontinue an ongoing arrangement where agreed conditions have been materially breached, subject to any contractual and legal obligations.

​

12. Consumer Rights & Legal Obligations

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, statutory product-safety responsibilities or other rights and obligations that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or applicable international laws.

​

Product safety concerns will be assessed and addressed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
