Social Media & Promotions Terms & Conditions

1. By participating in Fusion Reactors social media campaigns, contests or giveaways, you agree to abide by the specific rules stated in each promotion as well as these general terms.

2. Promotions run via Facebook and Instagram are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other third party, unless clearly stated. You understand that you are providing your information to Fusion Reactors and not to Facebook or Instagram.

3. Where a promotion involves following our accounts (for example, our Facebook page or Instagram profile), liking/sharing content, tagging friends, or similar actions, entries that do not complete all stated requirements may be deemed invalid.

4. Fusion Reactors may offer loyalty points, discount codes, or physical prizes for participating in social media activities. Any such rewards are subject to the Loyalty Program (“Fusion Points”) Terms & Conditions and the Coupon & Promotion Terms & Conditions, as applicable.

5. Winners of competitions will be announced and contacted using the method stated in the promotion (for example, direct message on the platform or email). If a winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the promotion, Fusion Reactors may select an alternative winner at its discretion.

6. Any content you publicly share featuring Fusion Reactors products (for example, tagged photos, unboxing videos, setup images, or posts using our official hashtags) may be reshared by Fusion Reactors on social media, our website, or other marketing channels, with credit where reasonably possible. If you do not wish your content to be reshared, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request for future use.

7. Fusion Reactors reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend any social media promotion at any time due to technical issues, suspected fraud or manipulation, changes in platform rules, or where required by law or regulation. In such cases, we may, but are not obliged to, reschedule or replace the promotion with a similar offer.

8. Any personal information collected during a promotion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participation in a promotion does not obligate you to receive ongoing marketing communications; you can opt out at any time using the methods described in our communications.

9. Nothing in these Social Media & Promotions Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
